Regina Osborne has been a Regional Transport Manager since 2001 and has firmly established her credibility within the Waikato and King Country region following a short initial period covering Auckland.  Her drive and tenacity have been invaluable in sorting out many complex issues in this predominantly rural region.   Her understanding of School Transport Policy is exceptional and her ability in ensuring appropriate decisions are made is highly regarded.

Regina has built strong relationships with the local MOE office, operators and schools in the area.
