Melissa is a qualified teacher who has been employed by Multiserve since November 2003.  During that time, she has demonstrated a determination to develop the processes and procedures required in the delivery of school transport and to develop relationships with operators, schools and other stakeholders.

Melissa had formerly had responsibility for school transport while teaching.  With her teaching background, she has proven her knowledge of the education sector.

Melissa is highly competent in IT, and is ideally located, working in Tauranga.
